Custom powder-coated frame
This framed shower door showcases our ability to match specific colour requirements with custom powder coating. We finished the metal framework in a light grey tone to perfectly complement the client's bathroom design scheme.
The metal grid pattern creates a distinctive industrial look. Our design service ensures doors are made to fit perfectly within the bathroom space. The 8 mm ultra-clear glass provides exceptional clarity compared to standard glass.
02 · Hinges
Elegant opening mechanism
The hinged door opens smoothly despite its substantial framework design. This image shows the door partially opened, demonstrating how the framed construction maintains its stability during operation.
We designed the hinges to support the weight of both the thick glass and the metal grid framework. This engineering ensures reliable performance and the striking visual appeal of our made to measure shower doors.
03 · Threshold
Grid design details
With the door fully opened inwards, the metal grid that protrudes from the glass is clearly visible. This three-dimensional design element adds depth and character to the shower enclosure while strengthening the overall structure.
At the client's request, we omitted the typical threshold under the door, despite it being generally recommended. We implemented comprehensive sealing solutions, including an elastic seal on the bottom of the door to prevent water leakage.
