This ribbed glass shower screen is a wonderful example of how a black grid frame can provide a fashionable room partition that works well in bathrooms with open plans. The reeded glass allows natural light to enter while still keeping people from seeing inside. The structure that we installed made the bathroom and bedroom feel bright and connected.
This shower screen features ribbed glass set within a black grid frame, striking the perfect balance between privacy and light. The vertical lines in the glass prevent people from seeing clearly through it while still allowing plenty of natural light to pass between your bathroom and bedroom. The swing door on the left opens easily, providing full access to the shower area.
We positioned this fluted glass partition next to the shower tray, with the frame covering both the tray edge and the bedroom floor edge. Our shower screen installations ensure the bottom frame sits perfectly, so when carpet is fitted in the bedroom, you'll see exactly 30 mm of clean, black frame on both sides. The equal lines keep everything looking neat and intentional.
You can see how the grid design makes neat lines across the fluted glass shower screen when the door is closed. The black frame keeps the glass panels in place, and the grid pattern gives the structure a pleasing look from both the bathroom and bedroom sides. Each glass panel features the same fluted pattern, allowing light to spread evenly across the room.
The 4+4 mm toughened and laminated glass gives you extra safety compared to single glass panels. The satin black finish on the frame maintains its appearance with regular cleaning. It does not display fingerprints as polished surfaces do. The full-height design means this reeded glass partition works as a proper room divider, not just a shower screen.
